Cancellation Policy **

If your travel plans change for any reason and you notify Continental Transportation at least 24 hours prior to your reservation, there will be no charge.

We do our best to get to you without delay, due to unforeseen circumstances i.e. weather, traffic. We cannot be held responsible for these acts. We will contact you asap if we anticipate any delay.

** A 50% cancellation fee will be applied for any confirmed reservation that is cancelled less than 24 hours (note below exception). In some cases a refund check will be issued.

** Any cancellation made less than 12 hours and/or after drivers have been dispatched for a pickup does not qualify for a refund. This also applies to 'no shows.'
